Stained Glass Velvet Dress

Fabulous 80s velvet dress of dreams by Puszta. It has elbow length batwing sleeves and a gorgeous stained glass style print. The stained glass parts have sheer sections but it is lined so not see through! It has an elasticated waist (with belt loops but no belt) and a super full and floaty panelled skirt. It has satin ribbon edging to finish it off on the hem and cuffs..
