Super pretty 70s hand made dress in a ditsy floral border print fabric. It is dark navy with tiny white polka dots. There is a fabulous oversized collar featuring the border prijnt which is echoed on the cuffs. Fastens down to hip length and has box pleats to the skirt. The body is fully lined.
